The Music.
This is another thing I don’t think I could live without. Many many years ago I had a recording contract with Water Music Records and I was part of some compilations CD´s. Getting the CD´s in my hand was quite disappointing, but that is another story.. I got out of the contract, started making some music for advertising, but to be honest, the music industry kind of killed the inspiring and creative part of making music so I left it.. for many years.
But when starting to have fun with editing videos for my hand engraving I got some problems with YouTube for using my own music in the videos. It was difficult to prove the ownership and rights to the music and that´s where the idea of starting to make music again started. Brand new music..
I´m recording everything in Logic Pro X on my MacBook Pro. All guitars is mine. Drums and bass is obviously programmed, but no pre recorded samples. And the voice.. I promise you, if I told you I would have to autotune you after. But it is not my actual voice. You do not want to hear that.
So I have removed the music from SoundCloud (for sure it´s still there, and it´s mostly music I used on videos so the tracks will also be on social media videos.. somewhere.. YouTube, Instragram, Facebook..)
Anyway I started a “new” little project.. something maybe a little more ambient. Mostly recorded live and not so much “programmed” as the other.. still programming drums and some other things, but.. less edited and more kind of live.
Damaged Audio Pixels. Below you will find a few tracks I have recorded recently.. and hopefully more will come soon, when I get some time to play.. While still drums and some other things are programmed, the guitar and it´s effects are live and improvised, so probably will sound a bit different on every time I play it.. enough words for now..
